RUSSELLS Profile
Russell is of South African heritage and came to Home Inspections in 2000 from a background in Construction, Appraisal and Property Development. Completing an Apprenticeship as a Carpenter in 1978 and passed the final exam for acceptance in South Africa as an appraiser in 1986. These Appraisals were for Residential and Commercial Property including Mining, Agricultural and Heavy Industry. Property Development encompassed the Building of Residential Property, Gas Stations and Supermarkets.
An active member of the British Columbia Institute of Property Inspectors (BCIPI) , certified by Association of Science Technologists and Technicians (ASTTBC), and licensed by Consumer Protection as a Home Inspector (License # 47837). Regional Representative and Steering Committee member for BCIPI and past member of the Institute of Valuers of South Africa and South African Council of Valuers.

STEPHENS Profile
Steve came to Home Inspection in 2008 from a background in Construction Design and Project Management. Trained in Architectural Design at College in Ontario in the early 1970’s, he is also able to communicate in French, Spanish and English.
He is an active member of the British Columbia Institute of Property Inspectors (BCIPI) certified by the Association of Science Technologists and Technicians (ASTTBC), and licensed by Consumer Protection as a Home Inspector (License # 53735). He is certified as a Building Inspector for SAFERhomes Standards Society of BC, and Director and Member of Canadian Home Builders Association of Victoria.
